Use the search bar on the homepage to search for a service category or provider name. You can filter by location, rating, and price range to find the best match near you.
Are providers background-verified?
Yes. All providers with a "Verified" badge have completed our identity and background check process. We verify government IDs and phone numbers before approving any listing.
How do I post a service requirement?
Go to your Profile → My Requests → Post New Request. Fill in the service type, location, budget, and description. Verified providers in your area will respond with quotes.
How do I change my location?
Tap the location pill in the header on any page, or go to Profile → Manage Location. You can detect your GPS location or search for a city or area manually.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, please contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your registered mobile number. Account deletion is processed within 7 working days.
